Coaching packages include:

  • a 20 minute complimentary session to meet each other and talk about goals
  • a comprehensive intake session
  • 10 minute check-in sessions, when requested
  • frequent email interactions
  • co-creative practices to build on client’s goals
  • individual coaching sessions

A typical coaching package includes…

  • 3 individual 45 minute coaching sessions (usually 4 sessions in at least the first month)
  • The minimum commitment is 3 months.

Paul does all sessions via telephone or Skype.
