Coaching packages include:
- a 20 minute complimentary session to meet each other and talk about goals
- a comprehensive intake session
- 10 minute check-in sessions, when requested
- frequent email interactions
- co-creative practices to build on client’s goals
- individual coaching sessions
A typical coaching package includes…
- 3 individual 45 minute coaching sessions (usually 4 sessions in at least the first month)
- The minimum commitment is 3 months.
Paul does all sessions via telephone or Skype.
